That's how long the family of Tanya Harvey has been waiting for answers as to who killed her.

And why? As of this point right here, some three years. Harvey has been waiting for answers as to who killed her and why.

As of this point right here, some three years and two months later, we have no information

that anyone witnessed the homicide.

So no eyewitness has ever come forward.
