Absolutely. Marie, thank you for coming on. It is so good to have you. If you guys don't know,

before. Can you explain unofficial expert to the people out there in podcast land?

Of course. So it's a podcast where we talk to people who think their experts at things you

don't need skills for, right? Like what would you say that you're the unofficial expert?

Oh, charcuterie. Oh, yes. Yes. That's. I've seen the reviews.

I'm the board, Lord, baby. You know what it should look like. You know what it should,

how much meat should be on it, the meat that cheese ratio. Sure. Well, I always say,

I'm like, I say it for this podcast, especially like I'm not an expert in anything.

I it's it's it's kind of in the vein of what you're speaking is like, I'm not an expert in anything.

I just have a loud opinion and I believe in the opinion fully and try and a little bit of a

wink and a nod when I do the charcuterie, I have a defined point of view with all charcuterie.
