because we've got some good things to talk about here on the show with our guest Sarah Ballack.

But before we get there, a former guest of the show, Sage Cortez, who is also a, you know, hand in fire is how you might know her

on Instagram.

Anyhow, she has had a tornado hit her house, her property, and her, and like these tennis ball-sized hailstorms went through her place

and just decimated her, her property. So, hey, you can, you can check out kind of the details over

on her Instagram page. There's a little bit of, of info on there, but also there's a currently right now as we

speak, there is a GoFundMe on her bio that you can check on and see if there's something that

you might be interested in trying to help them out and put their lives back together again. So,

yeah, check that out. Okay, anyhow, today we've got Sarah Ballack coming on the show.

And this is her second journey to the show. She was on the show way back in 2020 in February

2020, episode 602, right before the pandemic hit. And now we're kind of on the other

side. I mean, not entirely, but enough so that I thought it would be time to kind of get a good

checkup on her, see how life is going and treating her since that whole journey has begun.

And it was a great conversation today because it was basically a beautiful catch-up.

So like I say, she was episode 602.

It's like, that's like, you know, 250 or 60 episodes ago.
