It would be nice, perhaps, if it turned out to be a false alarm.

In that the various safeguards we've established do, in fact, guard us from what is undoubtedly

an American fascist movement stoked and perpetuated by its cult leader Donald Trump.

But alas, today's episode isn't about the fascist clawing at the door, but rather about some recent news stories that seem to indicate they're already inside.

They're in our homes, getting comfortable using our kitchen appliances, making swastika-shaped waffles.
