And when you come to Psalm 9, you come to a Psalm for the world in which we live.

and governments and politics and strife and contention, and then if you see all the wickedness

going on and all the vileness in our society, I want you know Psalm 9 is for you today.

Read this good Psalm.

It's good news in a bad news world.

Let me read just a few verses.

Psalm 9, verse 1.

David says, I will praise the O Lord with my whole heart.

I will show forth all thy marvelous works.

I will be glad and rejoice in thee.

I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most high.

Now, you would think by its tone, well, he must be having a really good day.

I mean, this obviously, he's on vacation and just enjoying life.

But actually, Psalm 9, it is believed, was written after the victory over Goliath.
