From the standpoint of I've watched my oldest daughter battle a terrible disease.

We thought she was going to lose her life. and she battled to be able to walk again for most of the year.

I have gained 20 pounds after the years of getting myself back into perfect shape

simply because of all the stress of taking care of my wife and my daughter and all things
