until his vehicle was pulled from a local river six weeks later.

This case being solved has been 25 years in the works, so it's very exciting that there are finally answers.

So we aired our original episode about the disappearance of a Colorado dad husband and small business owner named Dale Williams in June of 2023.

At the time, his disappearance and likely murder was still unsolved. However, this month in October of 2024, investigators were finally able to charge one of the suspects they say was

responsible for Dale's murder, which was allegedly carefully planned.

Obviously, when they announced that charges had been filed and you informed me of this, I

immediately went and looked it up and there's just such an air of justice about it.

Yeah, on that note, the identity of the man charged with Dale's murder probably won't surprise

anyone who listened to our original episode on this case.

But the links he allegedly went to in order to pull off the crime and the details just

might.

Here's what investigators believe happened.

Dale Williams was last seen alive on May 27th,
