cases. According to the Bureau of Justice Assistance, there are over 240,000 unsolved homicides

in the United States. Shocking as this number is, it doesn't include missing and unidentified

persons or fugitives who remain at large.

That's why one organization is working hard to spotlight these cases, not just during the month

of September, but all year-round. Solve the case is a nonprofit dedicated to keeping cold cases alive,

from helping families to update and share the facts and details of a loved one's case

to creating a community of both law enforcement officers and online sleuths,
