1:06.1	But my question is, so I have a friend that's in real estate, and he basically is telling me to get into
1:14.0	real estate with that money rather than paying off my student debt. So essentially like, you know,
1:20.1	putting down 20% on maybe two, three, maybe four properties, for example, using that money to cash
1:27.1	below the payment on the student loan,
1:30.9	and then obviously build equity and wealth for whatever, our kids, for the family, whatever.
1:38.4	Yeah.
1:39.2	What do you think about that?
1:40.8	Well, I did something similar in my 20s, and I went broke.
1:49.5	So I'm not a fan.
1:51.8	I think your friend doesn't know what he's talking about.
1:54.9	I now own several hundred million dollars worth of real estate.
