1:07.0	And the concept was that most people, this kind of comes out of the rich dad, poor dad world, most people think their home is an asset.

1:16.4	Because most people, if they couldn't work for two months, couldn't pay from their home anymore.
1:22.0	Their home is basically a place that they rent and they get to claim they have some equity in.

1:28.2	produce anything for them now real estate can be a huge part of wealth so don't take that the
1:34.0	wrong way i'm saying the way the average person treats housing they become a homeowner
1:39.5	they put the value of the home into the asset column of their balance sheet, and it's the wrong place.
