How are you? Yeah, fine. I would like to start by apologising to any Brighton fans or anyone,

any neutral fans who are hoping to hear us talk about Brighton. I even jived at the end of last week

that we'd been promising to do it for some time and would certainly be

doing it today unfortunately our third leg Seb Stafford Blois is unwell and luckily I caught him

to say don't worry about it mate as he was five minutes away from the train station and Bath

heading into London where we record the podcast. He's our mean, is that, is that not a euphemism? Third leg of a tripod, not of a human man. Okay. Well, either that. Read it where you will. Maybe it was a veiled dig at someone who was ill and unable to attend. But this is unnecessary chitter

chatter, isn't it? But we felt uncomfortable doing the podcast without Seb because for teams

like Brighton, who I believe Seb has visited several times this season already, he really adds

quite a lot to it. So we could talk about the tactics if we want, and Alex spent a large
