And my name's Todd.

We are two buddies slash ministers slash Tim the Toolman big fan heads.

Man, one of the best things we love to do is to share Bible stories with you, our moms,

our mom's friends, and others who happen to drop by.

And, man, we can't wait to share those with you.

Matt, we've got a special one for today.

It's not exactly heartwarming,

but I do know that there's some good takeaway from it. A little Old Testament story for everybody.

Matt, you take it away. We're going to be over in First Kings chapter three today. And one of the

things I always appreciated about home improvement was they'd always

bring it around to a moral. And although he didn't necessarily have the greatest acumen for

home improvement at times, the real home improvement in that story, Todd, was what was going on inside their family dynamics.

Wow.

He would learn a little more about himself and his wife and his kids,

and they would grow closer as a family unit every week.

That's the real home improvement.
