Really, when we're talking about the root of stress, really what are the mechanics of stress

and how this has such a profoundly detrimental effect, as many of us know, there's a lot of talk

about stress these days on our bodily tissues, on our

organs, on our digestive system, on our hormonal balance, and also on our quality of life,

how present we can really be, how much we're enjoying having dinner with our families at the

end of the day or when we're on a walk, but instead our mind is racing and our quality

of sleep and so on. And when we talk about change, isn't it true that life is constant dynamic

change? So we better find peace with it somehow. Otherwise, we're always going to be in this

upheaval of what feels like a chaotic ocean where we feel

ungrounded and we're not able to find our center. And so we don't have clarity. And then we get

confused about decisions to make, even everyday decisions such as, you know, should I have the matcha tea?

Should I say yes to this dinner date?

We start to feel murky in all areas of our life.
