Summary

Today I hopped on the microphone SOLO to talk about something that is close to my heart - identity. Finding out how we are at the core is crucial for personal development, overall happiness, and confidence. In this episode I take you along my struggles with identity, and how I began to figure out what my core values are. This is a very vulnerable episode - I hope you all enjoy it!

1:56.2

your perception of your abilities, your ways of behaving, your personality and temperament,

2:02.0
