| 0:58.3 | seen the most challenging parts of this pandemic yet. And I don't think it has anything to do with |
| 1:06.8 | the pandemic or the virus. I just think the way the world's going that we are walking into |
| 1:12.6 | some challenging times. And so I wanted to have all my lights on as completely as possible. |
| 1:17.8 | And I knew this information I'm about to share with you long before I ever decided to stop |
| 1:22.5 | drinking. But I haven't made a big thing out of it because, you know, I would slide back into my drinking. |
| 1:30.5 | And my drinking was never heavy. I'm not someone who can drink heavily. My mother always used to joke that my |
| 1:36.2 | mom doesn't drink. And she used to joke that any more than two drinks and she'd be vomiting. |
| 1:40.1 | I didn't believe her. And then one day I turned 25 and the hangover started, even from the smallest amount of alcohol. |
| 1:46.6 | That has something to do with my genetic propensity for detox, which is not something I'm going to get into here. |
| 1:52.2 | But I don't detox awesomely. |
| 1:54.8 | And it really was showing itself. |
| 1:56.9 | As I approached middle age, it was really showing itself. |
