Hello everybody welcome back to the real podcast with me Natalie Barbu and

today's episode is one that I have never been less excited to

record you can probably tell by the title but it's my first time ever saying this on social media.

The podcast is getting a podcast exclusive.

I felt like I just wanted to do an episode because one I didn't really want to talk

about this on camera if I'm being honest and two

There's so much I wanted to say and I just kind of wanted to ramble and I felt like podcasting was the place to do that rather than a whole YouTube video and I didn't want to say anything on

Instagram because there's like not enough words to put in just like a Instagram story like I just

thought that would be really weird. So, podcasting is the method that I chose.

I know last week I uploaded a repeat episode because I could not bring myself to record a solo episode and a solo episode was on the calendar.

So that's why I was like I'm just going to give myself a week before I can talk about this and record a solo episode and usually for my

episodes I have a script that I write out like not my interviews but my solo ones I'll

do an entire script and this time I don't I don't really have anything because I

just kind of want to use this as a free

therapy session. You guys are going to be my therapist that cannot talk back to me

yet, but hopefully after this episode you guys can DM me and we can kind of

have not even I guess it's not therapy because I mean I don't hope you guys relate but like I hope if you do relate you feel comfortable

deming me and treating me as like a friend that you can talk to about this and because I think a lot of people relate to something like this more than anything and it's we're like two minutes into this intro and I can't even say the words. So I feel weird doing this. I don't know. I just I hate the fact that I even have to do this. I mean I love the fact that my life is on social media, but this is when those moments suck.
