This is a very special episode.

This is going to be a special episode on a lot of levels because you might hear things in the background as I'm recording this, my final night in Costa Rica.

And in transparency, I've recorded a couple segments and other things for the podcast

over these last three weeks that I've been here on a solo writing sabbatical for my next

book.

But I've recorded those segments during the day.

And I'm recording this currently at the tail end of the evening

right before I start packing to go home first thing tomorrow. And the thing about Costa Rica,

especially where at least I'm staying, which is way up in the mountains, a lot of noises come out at night, particularly

these little, like, I don't even know how to describe them, like little like squeaks, like,

tick, tick, tick, you might hear them. Those are tree frogs, apparently, that like to do that all night

long, but I have air plugs and they are very good

air plugs. So I don't mind them. I am so happy you're here on this episode. This is an episode I have

been considering recording for the last couple of days and didn't know if I was going to have the energy to get on the microphone and talk to you, but I felt called tonight to do so.

And that has really been a huge lesson and theme of this experience being here in Costa Rica for three weeks by myself

is following my intuition, following my body, following the flow of every minute.

And it really has been such a gift to and a privilege and a blessing and all the

things to be here, to have taken three weeks out of my very busy life to be with myself on a
