So today on the show, we have a really interesting guest, and I'm going to let it be a surprise

until we get in there.

Just wanted to let you all know one quick clarification we received from a listener.

Last Friday's episode, we talked about the statistical analysis on some of the recent map studies.

And a listener, thankfully, reached out and wanted to help us

clarify something we said. So on the show, I think we said almost everybody who has been through

the trial gained significant benefit. That's not at all what the statistical analysis said.

Rather, it stated that there's 90% chance that this trial will end up among the group of studies that support benefit greater than placebo.

It does not predict that 90% of participants will have a positive response.

It could be that only 50% have a positive response, but still, that still surpasses placebo

with statistical probability of not being due to chance alone.

Appreciate you pointing that out. And yeah,

and the 90% number wasn't the 90% of patients no longer scored for PTSD after a year. That,

that I think is like the best figure if you're talking to folks about it and the figure is something

more along the line of like 70 to 78 percent,

I think, of patients in the phase two. I don't really have any data on phase three. So yeah,

that's quick clarification on that point. I hope that was helpful and sorry for the misinformation.
