how's your day going? Not too bad. It's kind of a slow start, a little rainy, dreary here on the

East Coast, but overall pretty good. How about you? You said it's getting cold out in Colorado.

Yeah, we had high alpine snow at least twice this week. So I saw snow on two different days up high. It's really

awesome. Getting me really excited, but you know also a little tenuous like, uh, how is this winter

gonna shake out? But we'll see. I hear that it's supposed to be super cold. Lots of snow in certain

places, or at least that's what the farmer's almond access for this year. I love that stuff.

Climateology, I think they call it. But yeah, I've got plenty of warm clothes, so I'm excited. We'll

see what happens. Cool. So, yeah, there will still be seats available for our navigating

psychedelics class by the time this comes out on Friday, at least in the afternoon, the early class is sold out.

We'll have a wait list up for that if you want to get on the early class, but there are still

spots left in the afternoon evening course that, what is that Eastern time?

7 p.m. Eastern and then 5 p.m. Mountain time, 4 p.m. Pacific time.

Right. So folks in California across the U.S. would be a lovely if you want to join us,

Canadian friends, Mexican friends, folks in South America. Yeah, we had like, what do we have,

Brazilian students. We had people in Mexico,

Canada. We had a couple new countries, too, like Croatia or Serbia or something. Australia.

But yeah, it's awesome how many people from Australia come. Like, I really appreciate that.

I think for whatever reason, Northern Ireland kind of like got me the most because it's such like a

area that's kind of like close to my heart. So I was like, oh, that's really interesting.

We got a North Irish student. Yeah. So people just from all over the world are joining in.
