I say it every time we talk and I don't make it there.

Well, you know, love to have you here.

Likewise, I would love to get down to Florida and visit you, especially, you know,

coming out of the Seattle winter, it would be especially nice to get some warm weather.

Yeah, dude, Miami's gotten, it's already, what is it now, the end of May as we're recording this,

and it's already like mid-90s and- Oh, goodness.

Super like, yeah, like summer just hit us pretty hard here.

But like I like the heat, so I don't really care.

That's, well, you have AC there, so that helps.

I think most of the places in Seattle still don't have AC, even places are being built new,

which is kind of ridiculous because we are regularly getting a week or two where it goes

into the 90s or even the last couple years up over 100 degrees.
