shifting inside of you. And then you add on top of that that so many of us are actually doing things,

trying to keep our lives going. So the main thing medicinally right now is to not be harsh on

yourself as you go through those moments. It's going to feel like you're doing it messily. It's

going to feel like you're doing it imperfectly. And it's going to look

topsy-turvy, you know, what is good looks bad, what is up, looks down. And when I say that I mean

things that are seemingly glorified in our culture and things that we think we need to have for

ourselves, soon it's going to become very obvious that they're not things that we should have need to have for ourselves. Soon it's going to become very obvious that

they're not things that we should have spent any time trying to be or have or be adjacent to.
