and building resilient.

We're going to define the socio-ecological model.

And if y'all have watched any of my videos or taken my classes before, you know that I am a huge fan of

Brofenbrenner's socio-ecological model. So we're going to talk about it. We'll apply it to

addiction as well as mood disorders and explore different variables in the socio-ecological model.
