The concept is, is if you're building your mansion, which is your business and your future

and your family's security and all the things on land

you don't own then what happens when the person who owns the land wants the land back

well guess what they're also going to get the mansion they're going to take your business

they're going to take your future they're going to take your family security and I'll

give you guys an interesting example because this actually happens. Some of you don't

know this, but there's things called land leases. Julie and I own some condos in Laguna Beach. This was

years ago. And these condos were on land leases, but they were on a hundred year land leases.
