People love them some social media. 79% of American adults spend an average of 3 hours a day on social media, and those numbers are increasing. But a lot of us experience discouragement, anxiety, or frustration because of what goes down on various platforms. Joe and Jimmy walk through some of the common reasons for social media discouragement, and offer some some advice for dealing with it.
