And someone was saying that hey I'm really getting into a rhythm I'm really starting to feel some growth

But I always get stuck on like what

content I need to create in order to get new customers or new team members and you

know she said like I want to do a call to action what should my call to action be should

it be hey if you want to buy my product let me know hey if you want to if you want to

join my team message me and here is the absolute fundamental shift that everyone in our space needs to

understand and realize and appreciate in order for them to get initial success and

growth on social media, stop creating content to get customers

and team members on of the first level, start creating content that is going to get conversations on the first level.

Now let's talk about what I mean about the levels.

Now level one or step one is create a connection or a conversation.

Step two is then obviously further the conversation.

Step three is look to have a conversion from the conversation
