Today I've got a special guest with me, Mr. Bug Hall. You know Bug. He's a convert to Catholicism around

2012. He retired from film after his conversion. He recently moved to Michigan to farm, and we've

both been talking a couple of ex- Californians,

how lovely it is to live amid forest, trees, Californians.

We don't know what trees are until we get out of the state.

Anyway, I'm honored to have him with me today talking about why Catholic social media is the worst desert on earth,

even worse than California.

Yeah, no, I'm always liking your, since we're talking about social media, it's funny,

I'm always liking your tweets.

You do, you do funny, punchy ones, and I thought, why the hell not come on and have a chat.

Awesome.

So what we thought we would do, Parishorephsons and Retrogrades, that would be fun,

would be a list show, a little list show for y'all's, just set up eight or nine reasons.

I think it's eight we came up with, that Catholic social media is the

worst, the worst place you can be on earth, the worst Mordor, barren landscape, desert that you can be on earth with a climate worse than mere aridity.

It's a climate of sickness, suffering, and death. And, you know, we just, we thought we'd

kick it off now. Would you like to do yours first, Mr. Hall, since you're my guess? Yeah, sure.

Top of my list is demons. I think, I think we, we sometimes forget that when you are not, when you're not aiming at heaven,

the demons typically leave you alone for the most part, unless they want to get something
