Halaka is going to be building off of what we talked about last week

and it deals with this notion of strength.

Now I know that it's been a you know it seems like an it deals with this notion of strength.

Now I know that it's been a, you know,

seems like an eternity since we covered the Ahadith

on seeking leadership and seeking power

and what that means.

But particularly this idea of showing strength, displaying strength even when you're

vulnerable. Displaying strength, showing strength as a community and seeking strength even

when you are vulnerable.

Actually covering up your vulnerabilities and insisting on strength,

insisting on power.

Now, what do I mean by that?

There is a very famous hadith where the Prophet

Allah al-Aahili-Hahlm he said that the strong believer is more beloved to

Allah sibhana than the weak believer. So there is a concept of

strength being preferred.

There's also the Hadith of the Prophet Salalah

al-Aiha al-Ihah al-Ihah al-Iah al-Iah d'Sufla.

The upper hand is better than the lower hand.

Al-Iadul-I al-Iil munfichah. The upper hand is better than the lower hand. Al-Iad the Riggia al-Munfichah, the upper hand is the giving hand,
