Melissa professionally works with us here at Personality Hacker as our executive coach

in our profiler training program,

and Melissa has actually done I don't know Melissa I want to say something like over a thousand

Profiling sessions at this point like in person sitting down with somebody and co-creating an experience of profiling someone

probably over a thousand times now I think you stopped counting after like

800 or something right?

Yep that's right.

So she also helps with some of our advanced profiling techniques.

She leads a lot of our classes. She comes to our live events and helps give a lot of support to the program.

So we know Melissa well, both personally and professionally, and I kind of just did the professional introduction but Melissa let me let you tell

the person listening right now a little about yourself your personal life like where are you coming from your station life

Tell us about your family where where are you at And your personality type which is particularly

interesting. Yes. All right sounds good. So I am an I&TJ. I live in Oregon I have

four children. The oldest one is 17 and the youngest was 11 and they all actually have special needs on the autism spectrum and so that's exciting and a bit of a challenge at times.

I am also a professional pianist and I do some choreography. I love musical theater and I love the arts and so you know I've

been in and out of that world also and I'm just also very passionate about profiling, clearly by the number of sessions I've done.

But it's been so important to me and so helpful to me in my

understanding myself and in understanding my children.
