So, Berto, I'm guessing you're not the sort of person who experiences this, but do you have any

0:05.5

social anxiety, like when you go to a party and you enter that zone where you just have to riff,

0:12.5

you know, socially? There's no script to it. There's no protocol. You just have to react as things

0:18.9

happen. Do you ever get nervous or worried or anxious about situations

0:23.7

like that? Man, why are you putting me on the spot like this? Okay, so actually, it's funny you

0:31.3

should mention that because although I am, you know, an extrovert, quote unquote, there are also aspects of my personality.

1:28.6

sometimes go like, you're so quiet today, Baredo, what's going on? And then I'll have to

1:33.2

pretend a little bit. Like, ah, you know, just the soccer's game, Sonics. And then from there,

1:39.8

I might get a little more in the mood. Yeah. Well, today I want to talk about social anxiety, primarily because a patron asked us to talk about it.

1:48.1

But before we do that, let's introduce the show.
