The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has charged and reached agreements with two

companies and their owners in the crypto space.

The regulator alleged that crypto asset management and its principal, Timothy Enneking, had marketed itself under false

pretenses, claiming that Anna King raised more than $3 million late last year and claimed the company

was, quote, the first regulated crypto asset fund in the U.S. According to the SEC,
