I should say football fans out of respect for the guest.

Ian Dark, of course, is a soccer play-by-play commentator for ESPN.

He is the lead broadcaster for their coverage of La Liga this season.

And of course, it's called many World's Cups. It's called some of the most memorable

moments in the United States national team play. And I would say, and I've written this,

I think it changed sort of how people in America think about soccer broadcasting.

There was a time where there was this thought that like the American audience would not be comfortable with British voices, foreign voices.

And that's all changed.

And a big reason for that is because of my guest, Ian Dark, welcome to the sports media podcast.
