And I asked them to join the program to explain an extraordinary measure that is in the COVID relief bill that a lot of people that know about, you guys could check it out at

COVID tax relief.org. Clint, welcome to the program. Very good to be with you, Charlie. So, Clint,

tell us about kind of who is eligible for this tax relief money. It's an extraordinary thing that most people but know about.

So the employee retention credit is a partial refund of the wages that were paid to W2 employees during the six quarters of the pandemic.

As defined by, as you mentioned, the 2020 COVID relief bill, or the CARES Act is what it was

called. And it was a $2.2 trillion bill put forth by the Trump administration. And the employer

retention credit was something that wasn't made most very much use of for quite some time,

but things have changed dramatically, and we're here to

help folks get qualified for this credit that can help them so much. Yeah, so who appropriated

this money? And, I mean, just kind of talk more about the qualifications. And again,
