I've been telling my story there of life after alcohol since my first day of sobriety in 2011.

And today is an international episode of the bubble hour. My guest, Tina, lives in Sweden and

we managed to connect across the miles. It's bedtime for her and lunchtime for me.

And we managed to do the math properly so that we both got on the line at the same time.

It was a modern miracle.

And we're going to jump right into it and hear all about recovery in Sweden and also Tina's insights on her culture shock of experiencing some recovery culture here in North America when she visited L.A. earlier this year. So, Tina, welcome to

So tell me how long you've been listening to the show. When did you discover recovery

podcasts and how does it fit into your experience? I was thinking about this the other day

and I was trying to recollect how I actually found you

but I don't remember probably Google or something like that

but it was just before I stopped drinking

so it probably was at the end of 2015 I think

and then yeah So it probably was at the end of 2015, I think.
