Hey everyone, welcome back to the podcast this week. I am super excited to chat with you this week because

we're doing something a little different. I have brought three of my real life

friends who used to just be internet friends onto the podcast this week all three of these women are

powerful business owners and they all three own a store a brick and mortar I get

tons of questions from you guys on the weekly almost about how do you know when it's time

to open a store? How do you know when you're ready for that in your business? What are some of the

pros and the cons? And since I've never physically owned a brick and mortar, I have a hard time answering those so I thought

that the next best thing that I could do is just bring some super smart women onto the show

with me and they could kind of share their expertise with you all. So first off I'm going to introduce

my friend Allison Griffin. Allison can you tell us where you're from Hun and the

name of your business and what the name of your store is. My name is Allison and I live in

Edmond, Oklahoma, it's a suburb of Oklahoma City. And a little bit close to the

Hobby Lobby Corporate Office, am I right?

Yes, yes. I have about four hobby lobbies within three miles of me.

And so that's a good thing but not a good thing for a business owner sometimes.
