Okay, girl, so you crashed out.

Happens to the best of us.

I know. I know. I know.

You know, you've probably heard my podcast episodes where I've said,

don't send him the paragraph. You've probably listened to the parts where i've been like don't let him

see you angry you've probably been like chidera says that i shouldn't cry in front of him oh man i've

gone and done it now he's seen my emotions i sent him a long angry fucking paragraph i crashed out on him

he's seen me emotional oh man it's all gone to shit. How do I redeem myself now?

Listen, let me tell you, right? Crashing out ain't the worst thing in the world. Okay? It happens to the best of us.

And look, yes, there have been many times in the past where I have said that

sending men paragraphs, not really it. Crying in front of a man, hell no. Letting him see you

hot and bothered and like raging, that ain't it. And at the same time,

if you find yourself in a situation where either one of those things I've just said,

or even all three of those things happens, then it happened in it. Because you know what's

amazing about this life, right? You could do anything in the moment, right? You could cry about this life right you could do anything in the

moment right you could cry in the moment you can throw something at the wall you can shout but

what matters is what you do next right you could be that woman who he knew you to be emotional, volatile, sensitive, and now you're different. Now you have a better hold

on how you express yourself. Now you feel more sure of how you want to navigate conflict with men. But I want to talk about the

crash out because yeah, despite me saying not a fan of crying in front of men, not a fan

of sending men paragraphs, sometimes you do need to tell someone about theirself. Sometimes

there will be times when you will say to a man, you know what, actually fuck you.

Because I've always been of the belief and I'm still of the belief that it's best to just silently disappear on the man.
