high Abe. Hi John. Abe, you will remember that one of my pet theories of the last decade or so,

really that I came up with most pressingly on Oscar night, the night that Lollaland was declared the Oscar winner,

and then the producer of Lollaland had to look at the card and say, no, no, moonlight you won the Oscar,

that something happened on the something has happened to America where nothing works right anymore,

and we are now, I theorize that this happened on the eve of the millennium, that Y2K actually happened,

that the universe split into became a multiverse and that we are all living in the wrong side of

the multiverse that very little that's good has happened in the last 20 years, a lot of bad things

have happened except for like the birth of our children, stuff like that wonderful personal things

have happened publicly. It hasn't been the greatest time in America in our world history and I think

somehow the news overnight that the president of the United States has the coronavirus is maybe the apotheosis

of this theory. Well, let's hope, let's hope this is it stops here. I mean, I mean, all I mean by that is

how much more into the wrong universe evidence can we take? I honestly, I honestly don't know,

I really don't know. I mean, this is the most gobsmacking piece of news. It is, it induces sort of a

silent kind of head shaking, fatalistic. There is no response. What could be lovely if everybody

agreed with you, but there's so many responses. I went to bed at midnight, got up at 8 and I missed

an entire news cycle. There are takes, there are countertakes, there's virtue signaling, there's

vice signaling, everybody has plummet the depths of their despair and vomited it all up on the

internet for us to consume. There are times when I feel like I can contribute, valuably, to the public

discourse and times when I don't think I have anything to say. And I think I'm alone in that as
