I can't believe you've been, you know, watching us tear our hair out and then want to do more

of it by writing for us, so thank you.

I can always delude myself into thinking

that this year is going to be different. That's the whole idea behind this

enterprise isn't it? We'll get into plenty of what we are expecting and then how the Academy will fail us later because

you've written one piece already kind of about what the state of the Academy is and

what we should maybe expect from them and then maybe watch them fall back on their old habits.

And we should say that at the end of the show, Joanna Robinson is going to join me for a brief look ahead at the
