Even short separations seem like an eternity for those who are in new relationships.

So would you ever consider entering into a relationship, or even a marriage marriage knowing that you and your partner could never physically be together?

Even partnerships that start as long distance or online relationships are ultimately intended to be consummated in person.

The relationships I'll share with you today started as friendships or flirtations, turned into love,

and then ended in marriage. Even though all parties knew, there was nearly zero chance that

they would ever live together or even have a physical relationship. In 1996, Lyle and

Eric Menendez were sentenced to two consecutive life terms in prison for shooting their parents to death.

They were given no chance for parole.

Yet both men have met, fallen in love, and married.

Lyle Menendez has been married twice while in prison, and Eric has been married for over 25 years.

Who are these women who said I do, and became brides of men who were never supposed to walk free again?
