Summary

Back in the day, I used to call people out online and in person.

I thought it was my job to keep others in line and hold them accountable.

If I saw something I didn't like or was witnessed to something someone did to wrong me, I trolled them hard.

I got a ton of attention, both positive and negative.

But here's the problem...........

It attracted more negative than positive.

Life became stressful and I got this rep for someone who would call you out if you stepped out of line.

The reason I don't do it now?

I got tired.

It was an endless pursuit and I came to the simple realization that if you want your light to shine bright, you can't simultaneously snuff out another's light........

0:55.1	to me for a long time. I get these messages on pretty much a daily basis. I don't want to
1:00.7	exaggerate like I'm a big time influencer with a lot of engagement, but I get these messages
1:05.3	consistently once a day. Hey, what happened, Ryan? You're not the same guy anymore. Hey, what happened to the
1:12.4	polarizing angry rhyme? Well, I used to call people out and I used to talk shit. And matter of fact,
1:18.1	people found out that I don't really do that anymore and they have taken advantage of it.
1:23.1	But here's the thing. I realize that if I talk shit, I only attract more shit talkers. And eventually
1:28.3	those shit talkers that I attract are going to talk shit about me. And the last thing that I
1:32.3	want is more shit talking going on in my life. I used to get a lot of engagement by talking
1:37.6	shit to people and calling people out and all of this stuff. But then I realized that even the people
1:43.7	that did become clients,
1:45.0	they were drama driven. They were always looking for negativity. And they were waiting to shit on me
