I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the magnificent Monday edition of the yard.

It is probably wintry, shall we say, wherever you are today.

We're expected, by the time you guys hear this, we're expected to have some serious snowfall here in St.

The first thing that I want to share with all of you

guys is that I hope you're well. I hope but you're safe and if you have to get out and I know

many of you that you don't have much of a choice, you work a job that requires you to be there

under all circumstances. I hope that it's your safe.

I hope that you continue to be safe and that everybody you love is safe.

It's a good chance.

We're not going to have school this week in the Starkville area.

Classes Monday and Tuesday will be held virtually.

Campuses are closed.

I don't know what Mississippi State is going to do later in the week,

but we're expected to get another round of this later in the week, Thursday or Friday.

And so I would probably suggest that we're not going to have school,

at least not for school-aged kids.

There may be some college courses you take or whatever.

But one of the things that I think some of our, maybe our little bit, you know, for school-aged kids. You know, there may be some college courses you take or whatever.

But, you know, one of the things that I think some of our, maybe our listeners forget is that many of our students at Mississippi State do not live on campus.

They live off campus or they're perhaps their commuters from somewhere in the Golden

Triangle or somewhere within our region.
