Summary

1:36.4	highest point and then the sides of the road so the rain collects in the gutters and in the middle of
1:45.3	the road it aren't vast puddles of water that your fucking car can skid on so places that get rain build
1:54.3	the roads like that Southern California built them flat but here's the thing the people that built
2:01.0	roads in Southern California definitely knew that other people built roads on a slope

2:48.0	is dealing with snow and Texas doesn't get snow so they have a system and infrastructure built
2:54.6	in such a way that doesn't allow for hmm maybe it'll snow but maybe it'll fucking snow maybe it'll
3:01.5	fucking rain so build shit accordingly
