Wow, you know I lost like 25 pounds probably total and when I lose 25 pounds I stop snoring

and it makes my sleep, it makes my whole life incredibly better.

So I'm not been snoring, so I haven't had the headaches like for months, it's good,

I try to keep it off this time, usually I take it off, I put it back on, but not only

for the aesthetic reasons, but literally just for the, I mean by the way you could snore

and sleep through your snore, you know, I'm talking to someone where you choke, you know,

so you wake up with these headaches that are like, oh, so I haven't had one of those

in a long time, so and the other good news is I had it all day and I took like three

Advil and I didn't go away, I took another two Advil and I was like, you know what?

I just want to relax, we edited the show from the 22nd of April, the dynasty, we putting

it all together, it's really coming together beautifully, so I just, after working on

that all day, I just wanted to relax, so I took a half a vikin that I had from when I

laid, my little operation on my leg, so it went away in ten minutes, so now I feel great,

I don't want to glorify prescription drugs, some people might say I already have, if they'd

be up well, anyway, so I don't have a headache and I feel amazing, I feel amazing, I feel amazing,

and I have some cut up apples and peanut butter that I'm eating for dessert, I cut up apples

peanut butter, if you have a little bit of honey, woof, woof, it's so good, it's so good, by the way,
