When I left CNN, I had no idea, I thought that I would have some success somewhere.

I had no idea that an independent, doing an independent channel of being an independent

journalist could lead to where it's led to for me.

Are you surprised by that? Because the industry is changing so much. So it's going well. It's going well, but I mean surprised by the industry change. Yes, that's been the shit for a while. I mean, I think social media was like one of the main pushers of that where the individual could be the catalyst, you know what I mean? And also, like, you got your

numbers. Like, no one can hide your numbers from you anymore. Like, Kevin Hart talked about that. He was like, that's how I started getting my big deals, was like, yo, these are the amount of people that I can guarantee you probably, you know, if 10% of these people show up kind of thing. So that's, you know, where his negotiations started to get strong.

That was early Kevin Hart.

Kevin Hart's been running for 15 years now at this point, something like that, you know what I mean? So like now, yeah, there's been a lot of people that have capitalized off of YouTube that aren't journalists, you know what I mean? You know, just doing backflips or something kind of thing.

So I'm glad that, you know, a real one is out there, like, getting it in. So, yeah, I plan to tune in often. Yeah. What do you think happen, though, to TV? Because you guys are still going strong over at SNL. I mean, yeah. I mean, it's just, you know, it's the tech shift, honestly. but, you know, I think the way that they structure certain things that are kind of must-see TV, that'll continue to keep, you know, the older

institutions alive, I think, like, you know, professional sports, S&L, live events, things like that, that, you know, even if you have

the biggest Hulu package, you know what I mean, you still can't get that one game, that's

that day kind of thing.

And it's the most frustrating thing ever.
