The apology is nothing to do with you.

The apology is really about them relinquishing the guilt that they have

and so that they can pat themselves on, you know, break their arm, patting themselves on the back about how awesome they are.

And the reality is that this human being, you ultimately want me to reconcile this so that you can,

so that you can ultimately go, oh, I'm such a good

guy. I'm not giving you that. I'm not an alpha male. I'm not a beta male either. I'm just a better

man. Better man. If you remember, about two years ago, Chris Redd, he was on Saturday Night Live and he was doing a show with

Kenan Thompson as well at the same time. And then after the show ended, it turned out that

Chris Red was in a relationship with Keenan Thompson's, I believe, his ex-wife. Was it his wife

at the time? Or his ex-wife? Yeah. And, no, she was, I don't know if they were divorced yet. It was with his ex-wife, it says here. Okay. And so, you know, it's, there was always some questions about when it happened, were they married, when it and it was, both parties were pretty quiet about it.

And then also it didn't help that Chris Red was eventually punched in the face outside

the comedy seller.

Yeah, yeah, which we never got a follow up on that either.

So in a six minute video posted on Instagram Tuesday, Red comes clean.

Red comes clean about his past struggles with anxiety and prescription drug use that he refers to as pill-popping.

And he also discussed his relationship with Keenan Thompson's ex-wife,

Christina Evangeline, a rumor that had been circulating since Reds SNL departure, which are

people wondering if that's the reason he left SNL. It was the same time frame, so it does make

sense. Yeah.
