Yes, and I'm so excited about it.

Okay, well, so for those of us who may not have a clue,

what is Patreon and what does it mean that Birds on a Wire has a Patreon account now?

Right. Well, you know what? I didn't know what Patreon was,

so I had to be educated initially, but here I'll tell y'all all about it.

Patreon is a platform that enables content creators like Birds on a Wire who offer lots of content for free to offer additional content

over and above what they normally produce to their audience for a small fee.

So Wire Talk Podcast, our Tips of Motherhood E-mails, the blog post are right each week, and even some

of our studies like Six Truths of Motherhood is content that moms get for free.

And because we're in ministry, we raise money each year

to be able to do all of that, and we love doing that.

But moms for a while have been asking for more of the podcast.

Moms write in and ask for Wire Talk episodes to be longer,

for us to have more guests, and to cover more topics.

And as much as we want to do that, you know as well as I do, it takes resources.

So Patreon gives us a way to give moms more of what they're asking for, and it gives those moms

a way to support us so that we can keep on doing what we're doing.
