we go how are we doing this is better today we're going to do a members only episode so jared if

it's time to unleash you know tech sergeant me a little bit or team me, whatever it is.

And to be perfectly honest with everybody out there, when I'm, when I was cadre, when I was active duty at work, you know, outside of like meetings, I, I, the vocal pauses were F words more often than not and the things that I would say were

were not meant for the boardroom I guess well depending on your boardroom that's another thing

is everybody acts like nobody cusses everybody everyone wants to say this professional thing like

oh you can't you can't talk like that bro go to go to wall street and and see how those guys talk go to

any any business meeting of like high level executives when they're just talking and they're

they're all they're all they all talk the way that you know we talk they all say terrible things

not maybe not all of them right there there? There's always the exception of the rule.

We're going to be talking in generalities today.

But what I wanted to talk about today anyway, moving past all that and the veil of

professionalism and what that really means is it's just another mode of control, right?

We can't talk like that.

We got to be professional just like everybody pretends like nobody says what's on their mind in the, you know, in the military. It's in certain situations.

And that they use that word professional to keep everybody in line when it's just not,

it's not who most of these people really are, especially the war fighters. You know, but that's

one of the problems of having, you know, a lot of different facets to the military is there are war fighters.
