If you weren't watching college football on Saturday, I don't know what the hell you're doing this you missed out on one of the most exciting weekends of football that I've ever been a part of.

It was from from the minute we said go. I mean, go back to even Thursday night. That game between West Virginia.

And in their way, in the way they won that game really was an indication of what we were going to get this weekend.

And the one thing we knew about Tennessee heading into the season was the leadership and the especially from a guy like Hinden. So with all the the COVID years with the red shirts and all that.

He's 24 years old. He's mature quarterback. He's played a lot of football and just in general, a mature human being that wasn't going to shy away from this sort of opportunity to have a shy away from the brand of Alabama football.

And then looked really darn good. And it's funny because I mean, we we we talk about, you know, Hinden doesn't make a lot of mistakes. He's a guy that takes care of the football.

And it just seemed tonight every time that that Tennessee made a mistake. Hinden throws an interception. You know, wasn't wasn't all his fault. There's pressure in his face.

And then he kind of gets backed up with Anderson and a great job off the end deep dig route coming from left to right guy was open, but it's kind of hard to get that arm coming down ball sales interception from the safety.

And what does he do comes back and leads a touchdown drive Tennessee later in the game turnover once again. Alabama kind of seems like, okay, man, they've they've got a couple stops. Alabama's going to somehow as we all know, you know, final way to win this football game.

And then he puts back that that turnover goes down and scores again, you know that the maturity and confidence from Tennessee to to not back down when adversity sets.

I think that to me was is how Alabama beat you because a lot of teams come out swinging man like your face in Alabama for goodness sake, like you're going to come out there.
