Welcome, welcome, welcome. nice to have everyone with us uh if you've been listening to the Bob and Sherry show for a while you might recall that a few

years ago we did a thing with a group of women there were three or four of them, I think, that said there are certain

cliches that Southern women use. And here they are. And one of them was, are you ready for

Christmas yet? Are you ready for Christmas? And you don't have to be in the South to have somebody come up to you and say that.

It's just a seasonal thing.

If you're in an awkward situation, are you ready for Christmas?

You know, you can you could just ask that question and you're engaged in a conversation.

I've got another one. And I noticed this online last weekend.

Have you turned on the heat yet?

Have you put the heat on yet?

And then it's back and forth.

Well, no, you know, we're trying to save money here.

Oh, I'm in Florida.

We don't have to use it at all.

And blah, blah, blah.

But my favorite was this is somebody who lives, I think, in Massachusetts somewhere.

And they have an expression in their home that evidently has been around since their grandfather came up with it.
