Yeah, I'm going to take a line from him. This is not a venting episode. No, no. But can I just have about 45 seconds?

Last week, the pipes froze and burst at my house. Dude, yeah. And at the country squire. Oh, wow, seriously? In our storage room behind the shop up above, you know, but it just got, it got so cold. Of course, the deep freeze that we've experienced here in the South, we're just not ready for, you know, so I left the pipes dripping at home and, and they, it is still burst.

Oh my gosh, yeah.

And then here, you know, of course, the landlord, they, you know, just missed that one or whatever.

And so, man, like...

Well, we talk about the fact the Squire's been here since the beginning of time.

Like, you know, this is dirt, right?

And so...

But the thing man, like, what we talk about the fact the Squire's been here since the beginning

of time and like, like, you know, this is dirt, right? And so, and but the thing is, like, last week was so insane. Like, it's just been nuts. January's been crazy. This has been the worst. It's, it's been a really difficult month for a number of reasons. But anyway, you know, So I'm up here just working my tail off.

I'm already

really stressed out and my neighbor calls the shop. This is going to take longer than 45 seconds.

Oh, snap. Okay. And my neighbor calls the shop and he's like, hey, Jimmy picks up the phone.

Jimmy is a friend of ours that's doing some part-time work here just for, just for the season.

Jimmy picks up the phone and the guy's like, hey, tell John David that, you know, his, his garage is flooding. And, uh, and so, so Jimmy, he already knows I'm in a really bad mood, right? And so he walks back to the office. In this very like, like, I, I hate to be the bearer of bad mood. Don't kill the messenger. But, you know, but the neighbor called and your basement is flooding or your garage has got a lot of water in it.

And it took me about five seconds before I snapped.
