And today we are bringing back an episode that I think about kind of often, actually, on the legendary Hanyo, are women in South Korea who have a lot of respect, older women, specifically, for diving for sea creatures as food.

And I just thought it was a fascinating topic.

It is.

Interestingly, I was watching one of my new favorite YouTube series, not a sponsor, Dirt, and they went to Japan,

and there is a version of Hanyo, a woman there who teaches them how to dive to get all these things as well.

And she is just as gruff as the Hanyos, the Korean divers.

So it was really interesting.

But also I discovered there's an actual restaurant named after that in New York, which we might have to go and check out. They got a Michelin

shout out. Are they named after specifically? Yes, after the women who dive in JG Island. Also,

yeah, you and I talked about the fact that I just recently watched.

It was last year when life gives you tangerines, which is a Korean drama, and it starts off as the mother,

one of the main mother characters, doing everything she can for her daughter, including

keeping her out of that field because it's so dangerous.

But, yeah, there's a lot.

There is a lot.
